There is only one way to change your password in Donesafe and only you, the user can do it.

From your login screen which will look something similar to this,

Click on the ‘Forgot password?’ option,

Enter your email address and click the ‘Forgot your password?’ button.

This will send an email to that address with a link to change your password.

TIP: Make sure it’s the right email address and check the spelling.

TIP: If you don’t see an email check your SPAM folder, sometimes they may end up in there.
